Connor's Yoga Class

At a time with so much change and uncertainty is great to know that we can still make a difference and help a cause that matters.  It is my absolute honour to start the virtually-lead campaign of Go Grey in May with an online Yoga Class. As many of you may already know, I have a very special connection to Connor.  Here's what the RCD Foundation said...

Go Grey in May the Virtual Way

May is brain cancer awareness month and from the comfort of your home you can show your support and help raise funds for paediatric brain cancer by participating in fun and stimulating activities that celebrate the brains that make us who we are.

This year the RCD Foundation - Robert Connor Dawes have organised Go Grey "the Virtual Way", a virtually-lead campaign, consisting of a series of four online events all designed to make you feel good, while doing good.

Connor's Yoga Class
Do your body, mind and soul a favour and join RCD Foundation for a mindful and relaxing 90-minute yoga session with Connor's wonderful yoga teacher, Patricia Algeri. Patricia will also lead us through the same "I will" affirmation process she did with Connor, which led to his affirmation of "I will be awesome". Join us to be awesome too! All levels and abilities welcome.

Date: Saturday 9th May
Time: 9:00am-10.30am
$10 per household to join

I would love you to join me for a very special yoga class on Saturday, to support a great cause while you keep yourself healthy!
